Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, the room with 2 double beds was sweltering at almost 90 degrees and lacked variety in choices for booking. The service was dismissive initially but improved to be very friendly and accommodating. The location, though not waterfront, offered a clear view of Camden Yards and was conveniently close to the Inner Harbor area. Dining options were limited, especially with the delayed breakfast service. Overall, a moderately pleasant stay with both positives and negatives.
The hotel had a convenient location close to Camden Yards with a nice view, but the rooms were not as expected, requiring some rearranging. The service was superb, especially with last-minute requests, despite a slight misunderstanding on rates. Dining was enjoyable, and the breakfast buffet was good value for the money.
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms were exactly how the pictures portrayed, but they were very loud. The elevators were dated and old, making it challenging to get upstairs with all the people. However, the service was always responsive to my concerns and professional. The location was fine, not on the water but close enough to the inner harbor, offering a clear view of Camden Yard.
